We need to set up at least 1 hour before your guests arrive to prepare and allow the oven to reach the correct temperature. We have several setups with different configurations. Food truck plus 2 Catering Trailers.
Our Food truck is fully self contained and measures 6m x 2.5m. For our smaller trailers we need power at night to plug in our spotlight. Our catering trailer measures 1.7m wide x 1.5m high. Space required for complete setup 6m x 3m on a flat surface as the mobile trailer can not be parked on a sloping ground. We can set that up in your driveway front of garage or in your backyard if there is access.
Once a booking is made and if you are not sure I will be happy to come and visit your property to advise on setup.
Alternatively the party or function can also be held at council parklands. Prior permission to access the grounds must be received from the local council. This will allow us to set up our ovens in your designated area.
Our Mobile Woodfired Ovens are all council approved.

If your guests are big eaters then this package works best to send everyone home feeling full and happy. Min 60 guests Price plus gst
Our minimum spend from October to April Friday to Sunday is $2100.00
Lunch and Midweek functions are negotiable.
Bookings outside of the City of Bayswater radius of 40km will incur a travel fee. Please keep in mind travel for staff foodtruck and generator. Price upon application.
We also offer Pasta as optional add on to our pizza package.
